Current Despatch and Delivery Information

We process orders Monday to Friday (except public holidays).

We want to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
We aim to despatch the same working day prior to the courier collecting.
The courier usually collects around noon, but this can vary.
Orders placed after the courier has collected will be despatched the following working day.

All orders are sent with NZ Post’s courier service.

We’ll email you the tracking details after your order has been processed,
and we’ll leave feedback to let you know when your order has been collected by the courier.
