We are usually on-line Monday to Friday (except holidays) and aim to respond to queries within 1 working day.
If you want to ask a question before buying, you can use the “Questions and Answers” facility at the bottom of each listing.
After buying, our email address will be sent to you by Trade Me, and it is shown on your “Items I won” page.
Our email address is also shown on the invoice that we send with your order.
We can’t exchange any contact details before you buy, as that is against Trade Me’s terms & conditions.
