Change of Mind
We understand that it can sometimes be tricky purchasing on-line when you can’t take a close look before you buy.
That’s why we allow you to return any product to us within 14 days of receiving it if you’re not completely happy.
Providing it reaches us in “as sold” condition (complete and unused), we will refund your payment excluding shipping costs.
There is no complicated process to follow, just email us and we will advise you how to return your purchase.
Faults
We try our best to get your order to you without any problems. However, problems do occasionally happen, and we will do our best to put things right as quickly as possible.
Please don’t inform us about problems via feedback before contacting us. This is against Trade Me’s Code of Conduct, and it won’t get the problem solved.
If your product has been damaged in transit, please retain all packaging and contact us straight away.
All products are guaranteed in line with the Consumer Guarantees Act. Please contact us via email and we will work with you to resolve any problems as quickly as possible.
